Is this email message a phishing attempt, or fraud, or real? ?

The sender is: FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FBI.WASHINGTON DC

The Subject line reads: FBI SEEKING TO WIRETAP INTERNET/ON PAYMENT FUNDS FROM THE BANK

Should I open it (without opening links inside the message) to see what it says? If it is fraudulent, should I report it and to whom? I am curious about what it says inside, but I don't want a virus either! Thanks. Is this email message a phishing attempt, or fraud, or real? ?
Thats just a fraud email, just delete it. FBI would never do that anyways. Check out the post below, those are all common e-mails. Dont open them.
LOL

if it was GOD himself....i would NOT ALLOW him to wiretap anything...

...never mind my broadband lol

ignore it and forget it hunny XIs this email message a phishing attempt, or fraud, or real? ?
I don't think it will hurt to open as long as you don't open any attachments. Then delete it! It's probably phishing.
No way its real....don't open it! Is this email message a phishing attempt, or fraud, or real? ?
It's definitely a scam. They are trying to scam money so there probably is no virus, but it's up to you whether you open it or not.I bet the FBI would like to know they are sending scam emails with their name on it.
Don't open nor reply and giving personal details (email password, bank account number, home address, etc). To learn more about basic cyber crime, visit http://security.yahoo.com.
Don't open it.
