Is there such a thing as phishing passwords on yahoo?

I don't know but all the suddenly it said trouble with service I know I had not done anything. I could not even get to my yahoo mail or messenger to know what happened my password was wiped out but yahoo said when I tried to change the password that they delete the accounts cause of security reason was I a victim of phishing now I know people don't like me cause I can't write was not taught right. was a victim of phishing or was it cause people are mad at me cause I can't write and if so what do I do to protect my password.Is there such a thing as phishing passwords on yahoo?
