Phishing is where somebody sends you emails that they make look like are from a real company, like paypal or ebay. They try to get you to give them your information so they can steal it.
alot of times they have fake web pages set up so when you click a link in the email it brings you to a login page that looks real but if you look at the URL address, its not real.

Your computer is probably nosy because of the fans. Try cleaning the dust out of it with some dust off or another type of compressed air cleaner.
