You sign into this link just as you would a regular login page, except your info(and even IP address if the phisher is experienced in the field of PHP) goes straight to a text document on the web hosting service that the phisher is using. Phishing sites are created through the web languages of HTML, Javascript, PHP, and sometimes CSS. Phishing can not cause you to obtain a virus unless the phisher encrypts a virus into the fake website. In short, don't sign in to any anonymous links and you'll be fine.
