I really don't know what happened it was up one day then the next it was gone. Can someone please help me turn the toolbar back on. I'm using windows internet explorer 7. Thank you. I'm using Norton 2008.Toolbar for Norton Internet security Phishing protection?
1 Start Internet Explorer.
2 On Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3 In the Advanced tab, under Browsing section, check Enable third-party browser extensions*.
4 Click OK.
5 Exit Internet Explorer.
