What is the website "talentpreviewbank.com"? Is it a phishing or scam site?

I started to apply for a job, saved it as a website to finish this morning, and the site came up as forbidden and the url is https://www.talentbankpreview.com/talentplus/preview/DENVERH/error___processor.do

I put personal info on it! Did I get caught by a phishing site or some other dastardly thing? What is the website "talentpreviewbank.com"? Is it a phishing or scam site?
I looked the site up on SiteAdvisor, SafeWeb, and MyWOT, and none of them reported malware, and had no user comments about this site, which means it probably does not have malware on it. But no comments means people are not reporting any problems with business transactions either.

I looked the site up on DomainTools:

So I used Yahoo Search and found this:

quote:

You can find the full job details at

http://blogs.msdn.com/stevecla01/archive鈥?/a>

Hover the mouse over the links in this webpage to see that "talentbankpreview.com" is the destination:

http://techcrunch.com/2009/08/21/microso鈥?/a>

TechCrunch is a well-known technology reporting site.

The Microsoft Jobs Blog does not list the site, but does list articles elsewhere on the web about Microsoft hiring:

http://microsoftjobsblog.com/blog/micros鈥?/a>

According to DomainTools, Microsoft does own "microsoftjobsblog.com" so it's not a phony site:

http://whois.domaintools.com/microsoftjo鈥?/a>

And Microsoft also owns "msdn.com"

http://whois.domaintools.com/msdn.com

I looked elsewhere on other links and they seem to be one of many advertising jobs, like a temp agency would or a recruiter would.

What program reported this site as "forbidden" ? Did the site require you to provide your Social Security Number ? Unfortunately, temp agencies like Adecco. Several years ago I went to an Adecco office and they would not let me enter my information in their own offices, I had to use the Internet !

Good luck with the job hunt !

You started to apply, and then saved it as a website ... sounds like maybe you didn't send the info? You can try doing some more research using the addresses found here:
