Does Internet Explorer 7 block all anti-phishing sites?

I currently have the Zonealarm suite 7.0 installed on my computer, but I have read that it only real weakness is their anti-phishing defense.

Is the anti-phishing technology in Internet Explorer 7.0 enough to block all anti-phishing sites? If not what else would I need to download to block all anti-phishing sites.Does Internet Explorer 7 block all anti-phishing sites?
You can never block against ALL phishing, spy-ware, viruses or hacking attempts. No matter how clever your software is, there are plenty of equally (if not more) clever hackers out there writing meaner and newer software.
