No matter what site I go on it takes more than normal time for "Internet: to come on that website on the bottom right hand corner. Is there a reason for this, and can I fix it?Why is my Phishing filter taking so long to connect to the internet?
Let me guess: You are complaining for delays to see webpages, because your browser is searching the site by using its Fishing filter, right? So, by guessing again, i assume your operating system is Windows XP and you run Internet Explorer 7.
If everything above is right, then you need a patch to help you solve that particular issue. Get it from the official Microsoft site, but read the article carefully, 'cause you have to choose the right one for your system. Here: http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3B鈥?/a>

Yes...there is an update there for Vista, as well. Did that solve your problem?
