Can someone be caught if he uses the phishing method for hacking?

If someone uses the Phishing method for hacking Facebook Accounts, can he get caught..? If Yes, then how? What's the punishment?Can someone be caught if he uses the phishing method for hacking?
Yes. 10 to 20 years jail time. A guy here in my area just got sentenced to 10 years

Listen, Hacking is easy. Covering your tracks is another story, if you try it on the governmnt then you better be dam well sure what, when, where, how, why, your hacking the government system. the charge might be treason, however if you hack a company then they might not catch you right away the fbi might get invovled and hunt you down you better be dam good if you plan on hacking the government or any corporation and plan to get away with it, if they dont catch you right away, they will stop at nothing.

if you hack and steal or crash a system of a company with a crazy phishing program then the FBI will get involved you will get caught. if you want to hack find a network specialist that will do it for you the smarter way he may not get caught for a few months but you never know who is watching the system.
