Hotmail: what happens when you mark a mail as Phishing Scam?

When I mark them they get deleted but it seems like they keep on coming even from the same addresses and not get "marked" and therefore prevented.

What is the point of it?Hotmail: what happens when you mark a mail as Phishing Scam?
Mark it as Spam and it will go to your Spam Box. Marking it as Phishing means they will review the mail and see if it is. They will be getting litterly hundreds of thousands of complaints so they have quite a bit of work. You are not the only customer of hotmail, keep that in mind. Most people tend to forget that.

Anyway make that address as spam and your set

If its in your Spam box no harm will come to you.
